Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING

FOR CONTINENTAL USA:

  • Standard: 2 – 5 days.
  • Priority: 2 – 3 days.
  • Expedited: 1 – 2 days.

 

FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD:

  • Standard: 14 – 60 days.
  • Priority: 6 – 10 days.
  • Expedited: 3 – 5 days.
 
YOUR ORDER WILL ONLY SHIP TO YOUR BILLING ADDRESS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR BILLING ADDRESS IS CURRENT.

Absolutely! I have served hundreds of satisfied art patrons and collectors in over 35 countries worldwide.

I will provide a tracking number (if applicable) and you can check your shipment in the carrier's website.

PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOUR PACKAGE HASN’T ARRIVE WITHIN:
  • Domestic (USA): 15 days.
  • International (outside USA): 30 days.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to help before the minimum number of days listed above. In my experience, the post office will just pull the same tracking info as I've given you.

Popnicute Jewelry does not assume any responsibilities on any missing packages. Insurance can be purchased for an additional fee.

  • International buyers are responsible to pay for the custom/duty fee charges by their country.
  • Popnicute Jewelry does not hold any responsibilities for any shipping delays due to Customs.
  • Popnicute Jewelry does not hold any responsibilities on delivery time if your products are shipped on schedule.
  • Popnicute Jewelry does not assume any responsibilities on any missing packages.
  • Insurance can be purchased for an additional fee. 

If your order qualifies for free shipping, shipping will be done via the most economical shipping option. The most economical shipping is often the slowest.

Additional shipping charges may apply if your order partially qualifies for free shipping, but contains ineligible items.

Extra insurance is available for a fee. Contact me to to add insurance to your package.

Priority Mail has included insurance up to USD 50. 

RETURN

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I'm sorry to hear that. Please contact me to discuss your options. Product can be returned in original unused condition within 14 days of delivery for a store credit minus 20% for restocking fee.

Requests for a full refund will only be honored in the case of craftsmanship defect. A full refund will be issued after the goods are returned safely.

In case of a return, there will be a 20% restocking fee taken out of the total value of the product.

Example: If your order valued at $100, you will receive $80 in store credit. Store credit can be used towards future purchases at www.popnicute.com only.

Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a partial refund on receipt in the form of store credit, excluding the original delivery charge. Buyer is responsible to pay for the return shipping. Item(s) that are received in a broken condition due to poor packaging will not receive any refund. Item(s) must be received in a salable condition.

Please insure your return shipping. Popnicute Jewelry is not responsible on missing packages. If the item is not received, there will be no return/refund issued.

These terms are non-negotiable.

Cancellation for 100% refund is only accepted within 24 hours of payment on any payment method. After this time has passed, I have either shipped your ready to ship item, or started production on your made to order piece.

If you made a purchase by mistake or changed your mind before the order is shipped, I will refund your money. Whether you paid through Paypal or credit card, you'll get 80% of your money back. There will be a 20% restocking fee taken out of the total value of the product.

I make my own products and take pride of my craftsmanship.

I inspect my work carefully before they ship to ensure the quality is commendable and packaged nicely to reduce the chance of mishaps. But I'm only human and each one of us makes mistakes too once in a while.

Should you receive a defective product, snap a picture and send it to my email as soon as you received the product. I will be happy to assist you. Contact me.
